We only collect the personal data we need to talk to you and provide our service.

What we collect: your name, business name, contact details, billing details and the photos or information you send us for your ads.
Why: to answer your questions, prepare and run your ads, invoice you and meet our legal and tax obligations.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract, performing the contract, and our legal obligations (GDPR article 6.1 b and c).
Who else sees it: Stripe (payments), Meta (to run your ads), Google (email and documents), our accountant (gestoría), and WhatsApp when you message us. We never sell your data.
How long: for as long as you are a client, and afterwards for the periods required by Spanish tax law.
Your rights: you can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, or object to its use, by emailing hello@pollyads.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (aepd.es).

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address when the page loads.
